KVKK & Data Protection Notice

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), I, Attorney Celil Şenol, acting as the data controller, process your personal data lawfully, securely, and strictly in compliance with confidentiality obligations arising from the legal profession.

1. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing legal representation and consultancy, managing litigation procedures, fulfilling legal obligations, and maintaining professional communication. The legal basis is Articles of KVKK and the Attorneyship Law No. 1136.

2. Categories of Processed Data
Identity details, contact information, case documents, legal evidence, financial or sensitive data — strictly limited to what is necessary for the legal process — may be processed.

3. Transfer and Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. It may only be transferred to courts, enforcement offices, notaries, and legally authorized institutions where strictly necessary for case execution or mandatory legal obligations.

4. Data Retention & Security
Your data is securely stored for the duration required by legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the legal process. It is deleted or anonymized once the purpose is fulfilled. All technical and administrative security precautions are applied.

5. Your Rights Under KVKK (Article 11)
You have the right to:
– Request information on whether your data is processed
– Request correction, deletion, or anonymization
– Object to unlawful processing
– Request destruction where legal basis no longer exists

6. How to Submit a Request
You may submit your request via written application or KEP (registered email), addressed to Attorney Celil Şenol. All applications are reviewed and processed within the legal timeframe of 30 days.
